Survival: Sections 3, 4 a , 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 - 27 shall survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. Miscellaneous: This Agreement and any listed restrictions constitute the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and merge all prior and contemporaneous communications.
